Before she ever opened her own doors, Ms. Azar spent years as an educator, working directly with young children, building the knowledge, patience, and passion that still guide every day at Nouri Center. She dreamed of a place where every child feels safe, loved, and encouraged; where families get more than childcare, they get a true second home.

That dream became Nouri Childcare Center. More than two decades later, it has grown into a trusted pillar of the community, walking alongside countless families through every stage of their children’s earliest years. The belief at the center of it all has never changed: a child’s happiness, health, and emotional well-being come before everything else.

She believes every child deserves kindness, respect, and genuine care and she has built Nouri around that belief, surrounding herself with experienced educators who share it.
Ask her about her proudest moments, and she won’t point to milestones or awards. She’ll tell you about former students who come back to visit, now confident, compassionate young adults and how every one of them is the reason Nouri exists.

Part of the Nouri family since 2012, Ms. Cara found her calling at fifteen, when she discovered how much children can learn through creativity, imagination, and play and never looked back.
Her favorite part of the day? Arts and crafts, pretend play, and filling the classroom with laughter. Known for her warmth and playful spirit, Ms. Cara is never too grown-up to be silly with her students and underneath the giggles, she’s quietly building the social, emotional, and creative skills children carry for life. She believes every child deserves the freedom to express themselves, explore their talents, and be celebrated for exactly who they are.
